Screen PoP Premium (SPP) provides users with the ability to link virtually any electronic resource (documents, drawings, presentations, spreadsheets, web URLs, etc.) with up to 3 primary telephone numbers for each of their CRM contacts. SPP will present a 'pop-up' window displaying the contact's name and telephone number with simple button links to all sent & received emails, calendar events, and other electronic resources that have been associated with the contact. SPP information windows are popped for both in and out-bound calls and can be manually opened at any time, allowing users to easily access and manage resources that are linked to a contact. SPP includes an integrated internal chat client and an option to automatically hand-off calls to another extension if the user is already engaged on the phone. Screen PoP Premium currently supports direct integration with Microsoft Outlook, Act!, or Goldmine and is compatible with both TSAPI and TAPI protocols. (500 seats per SPP) (Requires 1600-0410)
