The key to a successful project starts with the system installation. We strive to make our IVR installations as straight forward as possible so that trained telephone technicians can easily install and configure our system at the customer site. We offer two types of installation services.
Remote Installation:
This service allows the reseller or customer to install the equipment using their personnel on site, and Voice4net personnel by phone and remote web onference. Instructions on installation are shipped with the product, and an installation conference is scheduled between the onsite technician and the Voice4net remote technician. This type of installation usually takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on the configuration of the system and does include remote web training for the customer.
