Our support team offers technical product support, access to product updates and new releases, and additional support services. Voice4net maintenance agreements are comprehensive and include hardware, software and upgrade support for all components and packages that operate on the ePBX™ platform.
Premium Support
Premium Support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Engineer level support is provided with direct access to on-call engineering cell phones. Equipment is replaced over night from the time of reported failure. Premium Support is priced at approximately 20% of dealer pricing and is contingent upon the complexity of the project.
