Warrant Out-Dial is an automated out-dial application that notifies citation holders of an impending arrest warrant to be issued, unless there is a disposition of their citation. Verification of the citation holder is made and the upcoming warrant issue date is relayed. (Requires 1400-EAP, 1400-XAP, or 1400-PAP).
