Experience Configuration Interface (eCI) is a premise based Web GUI which allows users to easily configure and manage caller experiences for the Avaya Experience Portal. eCI users can assign call flows to inbound calling numbers (DNIS), manage menu options, organize announcements, edit prompts and phrases, build voice and touch tone form surveys, establish database or web service connectivity and perform interactive queries, assign language and gender options to call flows and set opt-out rules for callers. eCI configured calls flows produce dynamic VXML which is immediately available to callers without recycling the Experience Portal or the application web server. eCI is ASR ready with optional Nuance or Loquendo licenses.
