The key to a successful project starts with the system installation. We strive to make our IVR installations as straight forward as possible so that trained telephone technicians can easily install and configure our system at the customer site.
On Site Installation:
A Voice4net technician is flown directly to the customer site. The technician completes the turnkey installation for the customer and does detailed on-site administrative training for customer personnel. This is usually recommended for larger or more complex installations where specialized integration or configurations are required. This service is priced as a fixed fee and includes travel expenses and 1 day on site. Even with this service, we usually recommend that the equipment be shipped to the customer first to give them ample time for network connectivity and space allocation planning. That way most of the time spent on site is on training and configuration rather than for physical installation.
