Fax-On-Demand is a combination voice and fax service that allows customers to order fax documents from the e-IVR™ server. The Fax-On-Demand service comes in two formats. The first is Direct Fax, which allows assignment of a specific document to a button on an auto attendant menu. The second format, Select Fax, allows the selection of a document using a previously defined document ID. Once the fax document library has been created, a Web Fax Back html component is automatically available to be placed on a Web page. (Requires 1400-EAP, 1400-XAP, or 1400-PAP).
